Prior to founding NewStage Partners, David held senior executive roles across both consulting and industry. He built and led delivery teams, shaped firm operations, and oversaw engagements across a range of industries and organizational types. His ability to work across functions—client services, operations, technology, risk, finance and accounting—makes him a versatile advisor to executive teams navigating complex change.

He holds degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Northern Colorado.
